SCC Hosts Seminar on Church's Brand Identity

The Communication Department of the South Caribbean Conference organized an insightful online seminar on Sunday, November 10th, 2024. The seminar was primarily aimed at Pastors, Communication Leaders, Audio Visual Leaders, Church Clerks, and Graphic Designers.

The event was held via Zoom and facilitated by Pastor Royston Philbert, the Communication Director of the Caribbean Union Conference. Pastor Philbert guided the attendees through comprehensive guidelines on properly using the church's brand identity, emphasizing the importance of consistent and effective communication. The seminar offered valuable insights and practical advice for maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity within the church. Participants were encouraged to review the full program on the South Caribbean Conference’s YouTube Channel for a detailed understanding.

Promoting and maintaining a strong brand identity is crucial for the Adventist Church for several reasons:

  • A unified brand identity helps create a consistent image of the church, making it easily recognizable across different platforms and regions.
  • A well-maintained brand fosters trust and credibility among members and the wider community, reinforcing the church's mission and values.
  • Clear guidelines for brand usage ensure that all communications are coherent and aligned, enhancing the overall impact and reach of the church’s messages.
  • A strong brand identity helps engage the community more effectively, attract new members, and retain the existing ones.

The seminar underscored the critical role of communication and branding in the Adventist Church’s outreach and engagement efforts. We encourage readers to view the seminar which is on our YouTube channel.
