Port-of-Spain is gearing up for a spiritual event as the much-anticipated Footprints of Hope Evangelistic Programme, led by renowned evangelist Pastor Glen Samuels, is set to commence on May 2, 2025. After three years of meticulous planning, the Seventh-day Adventist community is thrilled to announce that the program will take place at Queen's Park Savannah, directly opposite the Stanmore Avenue Seventh-day Adventist Church.
President Moses expressed his excitement about the upcoming event, stating, "We are so delighted that you're going to be a part of it. We are delighted that you have been praying about it, and finally, it is here." This national crusade promises to unite churches across the region in a shared mission of faith and renewal.
The program is designed to engage all Adventist churches across the conference. Churches in the northwest and northwest zones will participate on-site, while others will join remotely from their respective locations. Each church in the zones involved has been encouraged to prepare at least three individuals for baptism, while other churches across the conference are tasked with preparing two individuals. This collective effort underscores the program's mission to inspire spiritual growth and commitment.
Pastor Glen Samuels, a distinguished evangelist and leader, currently serves as the President of the West Jamaica Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Born in Burnt Savannah, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Pastor Samuels has dedicated his life to ministry, earning a Bachelor of Theology from West Indies College (now Northern Caribbean University) and a Master of Theology from Andrews University in Michigan.
With a career spanning decades, Pastor Samuels has held numerous leadership roles, including Ministerial Secretary and Personal Ministries Director of the Jamaica Union Conference. Known for his dynamic preaching and passion for evangelism, he has conducted impactful seminars, revivals, and evangelistic series across the Americas, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. His commitment to spreading the message of hope and transformation has touched countless lives.
The Footprints of Hope Evangelistic Program is more than an event; it is a movement of faith, unity, and spiritual revival. As the countdown begins, the Adventist community invites everyone to join this life-changing experience. Whether on-site or from your local church, this is an opportunity to come together, celebrate faith, and witness the power of hope. Let’s all we embark on this journey of spiritual renewal as we share the God's message of Hope.
