About Us
Adventist Community Services (ACS) mission, "Serving Communities in Christ's Name," embodies holistic ministry, addressing the whole person for holistic well-being. The word "holistic" stems from the Greek "holos," implying all aspects of our lives are interconnected and crucial for optimal functioning.
Holistic ministry encompasses proclaiming the Gospel and demonstrating God's love to those in need. Throughout Jesus' ministry, we witness a holistic approach towards humanity, particularly those marginalized and excluded. Jesus extended God's Kingdom to people society had deemed unworthy, setting an exemplary model for others.
